Duxtop P961LS Professional

Duxtop's professional model has an angled liquid-crystal display (LCD) panel that's easy to read from a distance and quick to change mid-service. Owners mention a small heating circle and auto shut-offs, and it shut itself off once during my back-to-back boils.
